1. Who may use WeOne

WeOne is open to residents of Kerala aged 13 and above. Government officials receive verified accounts only after their department confirms their posting.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping access to your registered mobile number secure. One person may hold one citizen account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, communally inflammatory, or that impersonates another person or a government office. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

4. Government communication

Notices, circulars and orders published by verified government accounts are official communications. Content from citizen accounts represents the views of that citizen, not the Government of Kerala.

5. Grievances

Grievances raised through WeOne are routed to the department responsible for your jurisdiction. Service level targets shown on a grievance are indicative and do not create a legal entitlement.

6. Moderation

Content that breaches these terms may be removed and the account suspended. You may appeal a moderation decision through the support channel.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect.
