Does the widow pension continue if the beneficiary moves to another district?

My mother is moving to live with my sister in another district. Does she need to re-apply, or is the pension transferred?

It is transferred, not re-applied. Apply for transfer at the current local body with the new address proof; the pension continues from the new local body once the record moves. Do it before the move so a month is not missed.
