Reporting a grievance about a public service?
Account and technical issues come here. Complaints about a road, water supply, waste
collection or any other local service should go through the grievance module so they
reach the responsible officer with a tracked service level.

We will acknowledge your report within two working days and keep you informed until the issue is closed.
